    Hi Brian,

There are a few things i'd love to change in the Magatheme Pro. Hope you can be of assistance.

    - I would like to have a rotating header image
    - I'd like to show the tags instead of the categories in each post header
    - I'd love to have a comment button at the end of each post
    - Is it possible to select pages i don't want to show in the header navigation

    1) Do you use the URL image option in the theme options as is or have you modified it?
    2) Simply open single.php (or each file you want the change, say archive.php, categories.php or page.php...) and change the_category(); to the_tags();. Check out Wordpress's The_Tags wiki.
    3) Do you mean on the homepage?
    4) Find wp_list_pages() in header.php and add 'exclude=3,9,2' where the #'s represent page #'s. Read more here. Or, you can install a plugin like this.

    Hi Bryan,

Thanx for your reply. I'll try to change the comments for tags. For exclude several pages i found another solution you already posted on this forum (only main pages and no child pages).

As for the header, i do use the URL image option and did not modify any of these options. Would adding a rotating header be something for a next version? Of maybe you can help me with the necessary code?

    Hi Bryan,

I did try your solutions, however not everything worked. Probably because i'm absolutely not technical... so simple copy/paste is possible... trying to understand what i have to do is unfortunately not successful ;-)

    1. yes i use the URL image option, no modifications

    2. tried it... and got an error.
What i'd like is the TAG's and Categories change place in every post' header. Please check my website ( to see what i mean. I didn't make any changes, so the layout is pretty much as you wrote the code.

    3. i think it's more logical for a reader (visitor of my website) to find the comments button/numbers at the end of a post. Both on the homepage and on single post pages.

!! At this moment it's not possible to see the comments at the homepage !!

Maybe something i did wrong, no idea, or maybe it's something in the theme?
Could you please take a look at my website ( and click on one of the comment links on top of a post (on the homepage).

    4. already changed, see previous reply.

Would you be prepared to do some modifications (of course i'd pay for that) to the theme, just for my website? Please sent me an email -> frank AT monochrome DOT nl
