Hi Bryan,

Wondering how we can adjust Erica's site search tool so not to include the "Recipe" pages in the results ( i.e.: /recipes/main-dishes, /recipes/side-dishes, etc.)

Example: someone searches for "tacos" & in addition to individual posts pertaining to tacos, the list of recipes from the pages "/recipes/main-dishes" & "/recipes/side-dishes" will also result, as they include recipes that have tacos in the title, which doesn't work so well. Try it & it will make more sense.

Sorry guys, Gazelle Themes has more or less been on the back-burner for a while now. Needless to say, further revisions to the theme (as in updates to add new whiz-bang Wordpress features) are not planned at this time.

However, any glitches or problems with the theme will be addressed, especially if they are due to newer incompatibilities with Wordpress versions. Additionally, I will be checking in with the forum daily from here on out, as it is really unacceptable for me to let paying customers sit waiting for responses and requests.

Hello...

Will you be updating the Clean Home Pro theme as Wordpress versions change? This might be to utilize new WP features, fix bugs/breaks created by new WP, etc.

I'm worried as it took Bryan over two months to even check in on the forum to answer a question left in another thread. Did things just not work out and the Gazelle Themes project is being dropped?

I bought the DEV package and would appreciate an honest answer. Many themes from other developers are extremely active and under constant development. If Gazelle's two themes are not going to be updated -- I need to know. It's okay to move on to other things, but I just hope someone would be big enough to just be honest about it.

Glad you got it sorted out. I regularly check the themes with various "new" browsers and the changes haven't been that out of whack quite yet. We will see how IE9 goes though!

Never mind...

I just shortened one of the tab titles & viola, fixed!

Although, I shouldn't have had to do that, it was the simplest & fastest way to resolve the issue. When IE9 roles out...get ready Bryan....my guess is all users of Magatheme will need assistance!

Good to hear...here's one for you!

Just updated to Firefox 4.0 on my Mac & the tabbed slider does not view properly. The tab that should be on the far right, drops down & to the left. This has always displayed this way in Ubuntu, but I doubt that will affect many so I let it go. But FF on a Mac...that's a tad more popular!

FF 4.0 on my pc looks fine. I have a screenshot if you want it.

Hi Bryan,

There is nothing presently wrong. But like I said ,"The last time IE updated, Magatheme experienced some glitches that you did rectify."

I need to be sure we have a theme that we can rely on is all & I haven't seen any updates from Magatheme. Are you planning on updating the theme? Our themes are very customized so we would probably need to manually update ours.

Sure Alan, if you can provide some specific of what is going wrong I'd be happy to remedy them! I rarely if ever use Internet Explorer, but you are definitely right, it can cause problems.

I am wondering if you are planning on updating Magatheme as needed & offering those updates to your users? For example, themes require updating to function with new browser updates. The last time IE updated, Magatheme experienced some glitches that you did rectify.

Erica loves your theme but I need to be sure we can count it not to fail.

I would have emailed you privately, but you haven't replied to a couple of "hey, how ya doin" emails last year so I thought I'd better try the forum. Thanks.

You can certainly nofollow those links, but Amazon is rather authoritative so there isn't any reason to nofollow. Nofollow is usually reserved for comments or similar where you can edit each one by hand all the time.

I am starting to think that you have disappeared...but I will try again anyway...

You once added some code to my header.php that put a link to our Amazon store in the nav bar. The code went something like this...

Anyway, I added another outbound link to the nav bar & got to thinking...shouldn't these links be no followed? Is there some reason that you didn't no follow the Amazon link?

Well, the em does respond to 100th adjustments, but sometimes your OS or screen just rounds it to something close. That may be an issue.

Hey Bryan,

What's shakin? I hope you are well!

I adjusted the size of the title & tagline in the header on Erica's sites. I did this by going into the "colors" folder- then the custom named option- then to line #46. There I adjusted the H1 & H3 font em.

It appears as though I did what I needed to do as the title & tagline did actually change. Just to be sure, is there anything else that I should do?

Also, I noticed that the em size didn't always respond to 100th adjustments (ie: 2.55 as opposed to 2.5 or 2.6) Is that normal?

Hi Bryan,

I'm back again -- been adding some pages to my site. (I use Magatheme Pro).

Noticing now a problem with the drop downs on home page -- they don't work -- meaning, when you roll over them with the mouse they do not drop down. This is only true on the home page -- they work on every other page. Condition is the same on various browsers and platforms.

The site is everychildstronger.org.
